"Providing General Dental Care For a Beautiful, Healthy Smile."

ClearCorrect

Do you dream about having a smile full of sparkling, straight teeth, but you just can’t imagine yourself wearing traditional metal braces? You’ve probably invested in a professional, mature image, and you shouldn’t have to look like a teenager to straighten your teeth. We agree. Now, your dreams can come true. We offer ClearCorrect, an orthodontic treatment approved by the FDA. It's the virtually invisible method to straighten your teeth without conventional metal braces. With ClearCorrect, a custom-molded set of transparent, removable aligners will progressively reposition your teeth. You can simply remove the aligners before eating, brushing, flossing, or special occasions. This technology is more comfortable and convenient than traditional braces. Patients do not experience the mouth abrasions caused by metal and wires, and ClearCorrect aligners are easy to clean. Adjustment appointments aren’t necessary, either. After we take impressions of your teeth, the dentist will plan a course of treatment. Then a lab will create a series of aligners to reposition your teeth over one to two years. You’ll change aligners every two weeks until your smile is straight and beautiful. Typically, you will visit us every six weeks for progress reports. Transparent, removable, no-hassle orthodontia – now that should put a smile on your face!

Implant Placement and Restoration

Far superior to traditional bridges, partials, or full dentures, dental implants offer a solid, fully functional, and absolutely beautiful tooth replacement that can last a lifetime. Dental implants are titanium posts that, when placed in the jawbone, fuse with bone tissue to create a strong foundation for a prosthetic tooth. We will attach a handcrafted tooth, made to match your tooth color and mimic nature’s smile. Dental implants can also anchor bridges, partials, or dentures.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Have you ever been embarrassed to open wide because of ugly amalgam, or metal, fillings? At our office we know our patients value their smile so we offer tooth-colored fillings. These fillings serve the same purpose and are as durable as the traditional fillings. However, they blend with a white smile and can strengthen compromised teeth. Whether you need new fillings or want to replace old fillings, we can help. Modern materials can give the appearance that there was never any dentistry done. You can achieve a healthy, all-white smile with composite resins.

Bruxism (Clenching and Grinding Teeth)

While the cause of bruxism is multifactorial, many professionals believe that clenching and grinding teeth can be brought on by stress and bite problems. Bruxism can cause undue wear and damage to otherwise healthy teeth and jaw joints. Clenching and grinding teeth can be painful and uncomfortable, causing headaches, jaw and neck pain, muscle fatigue, and even nerve problems. We offer diverse solutions, including bite splints, nightguards, and bite therapies to reduce bruxism and relieve discomfort.

Temporomandibular Joint Disorders

Temporomandibular joint disorder, also called TMJ or TMD, is a condition in which the joints that hinge the muscles and jawbone are not working properly. A significant percentage of Americans experience pain linked to TMJ/TMD. Symptoms can include: Tooth pain / sensitivity Excessive tooth wear Jaw muscle tension Clicking or popping in the jaw joint Earaches or ringing in the ears Neck or shoulder pain Radiant pain in the extremities Inability to open or close the mouth Bruxism, or grinding and clinching the teeth Migraines or tension headaches TMJ dysfunction can be caused by a variety of conditions, so we will comprehensively evaluate your bite and joint to find the root of the problem. TMJ disorders can be treated through bite therapy (including oral appliances), lifestyle adjustments, or in extreme cases, surgery.
